With princess theme birthday parties a big hit with little girls, a princess castle cake is a great design to have in your collection. It’s even become a cool new theme for young ladies’ 21st birthday cakes!
Castle cakes work with great with either round or square cakes and you can use cylinders of fondant, fondant-covered mini swiss rolls or even ice-cream cones to create the turrets. You can add as much or as little decoration as you like.
